term of service

  • International payment is done by "Buy Me a Coffee" only.

  • All the price listed above is the approximated price. It will be calculated after getting the details and the brief. The price is depending on the complexity and the props in that work.

  • The price I mentioned is for personal use only.
    If you want it in commercial use, please inform me in the beginning of the briefing process.
    Also the deadline of the work. If it's urgent work, please tell me first and there will be some additional cost in that case as well.

  • The length of each work spend around 3-5 days and up to 2 weeks depending on the details, the complexity of that work, and also the task I have in real life during that period of time.
    So, before I start doing it, I will have to ensure that you are fine if the commission finishes later than expected.

  • In the sketching process, there won't be any extra cost if you need to modify something.
    But after proceeding line or coloring process, 3 times fixing is provided without additional cost. If more than 3 times, it will be charged $5+ each.
    However, if there's only a minor error or it's my own fault, it will be free.

  • There's no revision after the work is done and the commission fee is already paid.

  • Please do not claim my art as your own. If I find out about it, you will be blacklisted.

  • I will ask if you are alright with me posting the commission work on the social platform publicly or not. If you're not comfortable with it, you can tell me!

P.S. You can have a little chat with me about your bias/ oc, their stories, facts, etc. I would love to hear about them because it helps me a lot in giving me more inspiration!

Brief

Example of the format: 1920 x 1080 pixel, A5 paper, horizontal or vertical
I actually use 300 dpi for the resolution of each work.
> Details of the work is really important. I would like you to write/ do the summary pic or do the google doc/ slide for me about what you want me to draw.
Such as the character's design, color palette, pose, facial expression, or characteristic of them, as well as the mood and tone of the picture.
If you don't have the design for them, you can type it in detail or you can also find some real photo which is the most related to them for me as well.

working process

  1. Briefing. Please tell me if it's commercial work or not, and the deadline of the work.

  2. Sketching. I'll do the various designs for you to pick the best one before proceeding the next step. In this process, there's no additional cost for revision.

  3. Line/ Coloring. I will send you some progress along this step.

  4. Final checking. Both of process no.3 and 4, you can change/ fix up to 3 times with no extra payment as mentioned before in term of service.

  5. Please do check multiple times before you do the agreement of finishing the work.
    If everything is ready, you can do the payment process via "Buy me a coffee"
    I will send the final pics without watermarks and files after the payment is done only.
    The files you will recieve will be in .jpg and .png format. If you want to use the file later on in any other process such as using it for novel cover, you can ask for the .psd file from me.
